- Mr Kelly presented oral evidence on behalf the Royal College of Ophthalmologists to the Health Select Committee on 9th March 2006. The Committee's report was published in July 2006. More detail on the Select Committee website. The government's response to the Health Select Committee's Report was later published in Oct 2006
